This survey lets us know what items you are selling, the brands they are, sizes, and condition. We will try to review these within 5 business days of submission, because there's only one employee at this company and while she is a good reader, she gets distracted.

Note: at this time, we can only accept certain items and only offer store credit.

Once we have reviewed and approved your survey, it's time to packa up your box to send the clothes to us!

We will send you a shipping label for the clothes stated in the survey.

Drop off your box to be mailed out. We typically will receive it within a week of sending.

We then will sort it within 14 business days, first come, first served. Please note this is subject to change, depending on selling volume.

For items we do not accept, you can choose to have them returned to you for a flat fee or we can responsibly donate them to local charitable causes.

Lastly, we cannot accept boxes over 20 lbs or over 20 items (whichever is first) at this time.

After your items are received and verified, we'll give you a store credit.

You can expect to receive about 10-30% of the item's resale value in credit, depending on the brand, our needs and the item's condition.

Also, as you sell to us and we accept your items, you can be come a "trusted herd member". Trusted herd members earn 20-40% of the item's resale value in credit, depending on the brand, our needs and the item's condition.

At this time, we do not offer cash payouts.
