If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase and charge a 10.00 fee. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If your item was a gift, we will offer you store credit only.

Returned items must have tags still on and must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Unpacka is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds and credit will be added to your account once the item is received by us and is confirmed in original condition with tags on.

For Unpacka Style Boxes, the return value will be listed by item on your invoice inside the box.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Any items marked "final sale" are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Any items purchased at live popups or on external sites (eg: Poshmark) are final sale.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email from info@unpacka.com to request which products you would like to return.
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
• Send all items back to us using the label provided.
• Contact info@unpacka.com for questions or concerns.
